I work in a small office and this guy is a real prick and this is very embarassing. Should I call their office today and tell them to stop calling me at work and then send a letter stating the same thing? I really need this to stop because it is potentially making me look like a fool here at work. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Send a limited C&D (see sample letter section) stating they can only contact you in writing, not via phone. Send the letter Certified, Return receipt requested. If you have a fax number, it couldn't hurt to fax a copy to them before you mail. But do that from a Kinko's or Mail Box Etc. not your work.
