Hi an agency named DCS Inc. out of Ca hit me with 2 inquiries on my Experian report within the last 6 months I have no adverse info on my experian report but I think this DCS was for a student loan that I disputed and got taken off my report. What letter can i send them to get these inquiries off my report? Would it be a mistake to do this since they might reinstitute that student loand collection acount? This is harrasment! You could inquire as to why they pulled your report. But that would let whomever is trying to collect know that you are ALIVE.
DCS was a CA for my student loans when the WERE in default. DCS dinged up my report with about 6 or so inquiries a year. They s*ck, they refused to remove any of the inquiries. EdG
