I think I am ready to do battle with the CRA's. I need help to know what direction to take. Thanks in advance. I have several judgments from 5/95 that were included in a ch 7 5/95. Some show on certian CR's as open. Others report them as included in BK. I have sent copies of the BK discharge & schduel with it on & they still won't report it correctly. What should I do to get them off. I have three personal CC accounts that were included in a buisness Ch 13 bk 3/99. Again one shows as open & the the others report in ch 13, but are showing balances that are being added in to my debt ratio. Again have provided paperwork several times. Nothing is every done. What to do???? There is a hospital bill that shows on one report that could not be mine. How to dispute this one??? Finally: a judgment that was a lien on our property that was paid when the house sold in11/00. Problem is I can not get anyone to send me the paperwork & the court house says they never received it either. I tried the closing attorney, who did the papers. Won't respond.
