I'm applying for a HELOC and the bank is unable to pull my TU. I also tried pulling a 3-in-1 at myFICO and only got 2 out of 3 - but no TU. I was able to get it directly through TU's site finally, but the bank has to be able to pull TU on their end to approve HELOC. Has anyone ever experienced this problem? As an added bit of info, I remember myFICO listing the reason for not being able to pull TU as something like, not enough qualifying information? Please help!
