I have some fraudulent accounts on my credit report back from 1994/1995 that I want to now dispute through the company as fraudulent can I do so or have I waited to late???? I Have tried to dispute through the CA and they keep saying the accounts are coming back verified.
did you request validation from the CA verifying this matter? If there is fraud involved make the creditor aware of this, have them investigate the matter, can you demonstrate whether there is fraud that will help your case better. If it indeed was fraud, fight it, any agreement formed through fraud is not valid, there is no SOL for that kind of situation. Good Luck ! Cyprigirl
