Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Yes, I am prepared to file suit, but I wouldn't know how. All help on this would be greatly appreciated!
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Thank god!! I have heard that BUTCH is an expert on these types of things.
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Edit; No I'm not !!! Everything I know came from here LL. Vlad is right LL. He didn't know you disputed with the CRA's. He knows we MUST do that before we can sue for FCRA violations. There is one general thought I noticed when I first came here, and still notice it today. That is if we don't get off on the right foot we should start over. I never liked that. LOL I've always tried to contemplate how we can use what has already been done, and construe it in our favor. For example; "Possible Inaccuracy" is not an ambiguous statement. Here's why: I have no idea whether or not this alleged debt is mine or not (and apparently neither do you). I simply don't think it is. That's why I'm demanding validation. [u idiot] I suppose it's possible (albeit remote) that the account is mine afterall, that I just don't remember it, that your reporting is in fact correct, which would mean that you were right all along. Since I know not who's right and who isn't why is it ambiguous to classify the credit report entry as "POSSIBLY" inaccurate. Ok - OK - maybe I should have said "potentially" inaccurate, but know we're being silly. See? .
Re: Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? So should I put this in a letter to the lawyers office along with the other information from your previous thread?
Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? That's from your first letter. Sounds like a Val. Demand to me. lol .
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Previous thread? I think you mean previous post. Basically yes. You'll want to address the issues he brings up in his letter. I'd also include an ITS element too. And then track down who the CEO, vice pres, or whomever occupies the "executive offices" and copy them too. Hopefully someone will come to their senses and repair this before legal action is necessary. That's the point you're ultimately trying to make. And since this Atty. is too dumb to get the message, go over his head. See? .
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Should I just resend a validation letter to the CA again since the first one wasn't really one? I am new to this and I don't want to mess up again.
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Understand. In my opinion you don't need to redo it. You stated it in your first letter and then restated it in your Extoppel. I would just take up your position from right where you are now. Which is trying desperately (one last time) to reach someone up there with enough sense to fix this before you have no choice but to file. .
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? So I don't respond to the letter from the lawyer? Do I just wait and if so for how long? Do I send something else to the CRA? Sorry to ask so many questions but I don't know what to do now. Thank you!
Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Well ... if ya need some rest go ahead. Don't have to fix it by noon tomorrow. We'll take a couple days to formulate the right reponse. In the meantime we could use all the info we can get on DCI. Anyone? ???
Re: Re: Re: Re: HELP!! EXPERTS NEEDED!!What now??? Actually, I am at work now until the morning. I should maybe do some actual work though (lol), but please keep me posted on what you think I should do. Thanks, I really appreciate the help.
