I, like many others, am new at re-building my credit and credit net and it's members have been very helpful. Each time I log on I learn something new and have great hopes for restoring my credit. Still, the entire procedure is very confusing and I fear that an error on my part could cause problems or delays. I was wondering if any of the old pros out there might be will to write a brief outline or step by step procedure for credit restoration? Something like this would be a great reference to myself and the many others like me. I know that I, and certainly many others, would be very grateful if anyone could take the time to do this.

    Hello Mike, Welcome!

Start clicking on the Creditnet Library * the proper credential * and take it from there. And, if you need further assistance...

Do a complete search on all topics, that would guide you step by step to success.

    mike101,

For being such a quick read, the "Understanding Debt Settlements" section of the library had a bunch of useful info (although, in my case, it was largely academic, since I had already committed many of the errors outlined therein, lol).

Thanks, I'll take a look, and I am open to anymore advice or suggestions anyone has.

Mike101,there is a lot of good information to be gleaned from the creditnet posters, unfortunately there are no quick fixes or silver bullets. You have to invest some time and smarts to get positive results.
