I sent Goodwill letters via PFB to Belks and Target for some lates on my paid accounts. I got a letter from each saying that they checked their records and they are reporting accurately to the credit bureaus. NOW WHAT?? These are my only two derogs. Should I try the Nutcase series??? Or, do you think I should wait and see if by chance "they disappear" anyway. These are 2 years old, so I have 5 more years to go. I have GOT to get rid of these. Upon searching, there are others who found redemption with these two companies!!?!? Is there no redemption for snookieboo?
Snookieboo needs to not take the first no as final. Go higher up in the chain! It may take some digging.
thanks for your responses!! i originally disputed as "never late" with all three CRA's. all came back verified. however, i never requested procedural evidence. the investigations have been complete for 1 1/2 months now. i received the letter for belks from the "director of credit services". the target letter came from a guy who signed his name with "credit services" under it. should i just send another letter via postal mail to the addresses given without it directed to anyone's specific attention?????
