Account in dispute under Fair Credit Billing Act come back as VERFIED also still showing as no status on experian ? Same acct on Transunion came back verified no other notation. Of course I had requested validation last feb (send one letter only to American agencies called the house to say they had validation but needed our Soc sec number which we didn't give them they never mailed us anything..in April acct dropped off reports so I left it alone) ... so how do I handle this now ? Intent to sue for verfiying to CRA w/o validating ? or requesting producural request from CRA ? My only hesitation is SOL has not run out. Any ideas...I am getting to the point with these guys where sueing or threatening to sue is becoming the only option. Jamie
