The following dates are reported for a tradeline in my CE/Experian Online Report. Date Opened: 10/98 Reported Since: 5/98 Date of Status: 4/02 Last Reported: 4/02 First of all, this tradline showed up on my CE report on 6/14/02 so how can it show "Reported Since" 5/98, "Date of Status" as 4/02, and "Last Reported" 4/02 when it wasn't on my report until last week? Secondly, how can it show "Reported Since" 5/98 when the "Date Opened" is 10/98? This would indicate that account was reported 5 month prior to it even being opened. Iam I just crazy or does this make no sense? T-Man
I disputed this account the same day it showed up on my CE report. I disputed it online with CE as "I have no knowlege of this account" and in the "additional information" area I pointed out the discrepancy in the dates and asked that the account be deleted. We'll see what happens. T-Man
