you guys are too good to me!! Thank you so much.. I did make a payment today to the one with the original Creditor for the larger amount. Now once they report the payment to the CA I can follow up to check my status. Am I correct? Now for the payment I have agreed upon with the Actual CA I have the Money Order but havent sent it Via Cert. Mail.. I was wondering what type of letter I should send.. So I will Take your advice and send a letter as above first.. Then once i get a responce I will send payment. Now since I live in the town of the CA should I go in and give them this letter in person...Or should I just send it via cert. mail. I would love to beable to just be done with it.. Been a long battle!!
If you want to carry it in you could walk in.I live in a small town also.I happen to be in my bk lawyer's office and mention it to him and the ca was 2 doors down so i called and asked to have it deleted,the guy said no,so i asked if wanted to talk to my attorney and mister smart ass said have him call me.We walked down 2 doors and spoke to him.He had it deleted right away.Just don't let them bully you.Take the blanket with you.lol

If you don't have a hose take a sock and put a bar of soap in it.Its just every time you see her you'll think of this.Try to keep a straight face when you do.Good luck and keep us posted.But i think if you do what Bob says it will turn out ok.
