Wasn't TransUnion sued (and beaten) because consumers constantly got busy signals and could never get through to consumer services? I'm having the same issue with Credit Bureau Associates (EXP affiliate) in Cherry Hill, NJ. Can someone provide me the details regarding the suit TU lost becasue of this? Thanks
I'm not LKH,Lizardking or Doc BUT, I believe if you check the FTC website, it's there somewhere. I think the FTC sued one of the CRA's for what you mentioned. Just call the FTC and file a complaint. I'm not sure if this RULE, pertains to the affiliates though.
They were sued. All three. Go to the FTC website http://www.ftc.gov/consumers And it is listed under the most recent cases. It was recent too. I don't know how to do the links what I'll is check it out and try to cut and paste the link. I'll see if that works.
