Hi all - Question, I paid for the score power subscription from EQ and now it is giving me an error code and not allowing me to retrieve anymore scores, so when I called this morning to find out what the problem is the lady on the phone told me that my file was to large to get online anymore. Needless to say I am mad as S*^*. What do I do about this ? Who do I call ?
TELL THEM...DON'T ASK PRETTY PLEASE...DELETE ALL OLD INQUIRES 6+ MONTHS...HOPEFULLY THEY WILL GET RID OF YOUR "HARD" ALSO... This is a "GLITCH" that is wasting your money...UNLIMITED IS JUST THAT!!! You should be able to get 365 reports (one every day) with all the other "STUFF" that is already there and the thing NOT LOCK UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
