About four years ago I had a Ch7 Bk. I own my house and that is all I kept. I have clean payment history of that loan since. Loan is about 220k. Score ranges 630-670. Income is not a problem. The problem I am having is that the car I want is 100k and I have no car history showing on my credit. The residual on the car is 70K. I am willing to pay upfront the 40k or so that it would take to leave no payment and eliminate the credit risk. You would think the banks would jump on this. After all they are collecting the profit up front, but I'm having trouble finding one that will. If anyone can lead me to a bank that will do this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Annual about 180k. Only debt is my house. My sisters condo keeps popping up on my credit. That is 28k. I am working on getting it off. No late pays on house. Also have 3month old capital one card The $180 I charge bounces my score from 630-680 depending on the balance(I pay it off)

I have two cars. Corvette and Mercedes, but I paid cash to avoid financing issues. I figured after a while my credit would get better from house and I wouldn't have any more problems. I didn't realize paying house doesn't help. New car is Porsche. One year old so I can't get manufacturer to do lease. Thanks for replys.

Well I can feel for ya. Those who have a higher income have less of a need for credit, obviously because it's easier to pay for what they want.

I, for example, now have a clean credit file with ONE LOUSY tradeline, (10 years old / never late). But that's not good enough for them. Now they say they need to see AT LEAST 3 accts. pd as agreed.

My advice, boost your income to quarter mill. and tell them all to screw off.

    Are you a trader BTW?

    :)
