First of all love this site! Credit scores are in the 700's because of this site. OK, collection agency just started calling me about a charged off account from about 12 years ago or more, its not on my credit report and hasn't been for about 10 years. The collection agency is not on my report either and they have been calling about 2 months. What should I do, or how can I have some fun with this?
For a debt that old, I can't think of any reason to pay anything. Send a C & D letter, and be done with it.
