hi all thank u all for such an informative forum i have learned a lot thru here. I had my bk discharged in 3/05 file 12/04 am in the excruciating process of cleaning up my credit last time i checked FICO my score was 606, i have 1 secured $200 Orchard card. now i had an account with nextcard reporting on experian with a balance and a TL that i am enrolled in a wage earner plan and currently past due. ifiled cpmplaint with Experian, theresults still came back unchanged this account was included and discharged and oh their TL said am in Chpt 13 restructuring. i had my b7 discharged. Am trying to get my credit card what can i do to deal with this pple!! is there a letter i can send or sue them.. HELP ME PLEASE.
Send a procedures request to Experian, and I would send a FACTA dispute straight to Nexcard. Set up a paper trail. If you disputed as not mine, rather than a procedures request you will need to redispute specifically.
