I have had it with Fidelity National, I want to sue them in small claims but need help! They have violated several laws concerning accurate reporting and I have also read that they can be held responsible for the actions of the agencies they employ, is this correct? Anyone have any luck with sueing an OC? I need to be pointed to the correct laws and I will be off and running. Also, are they required to tell me whether or not they have sold the debt or just transferred it or whatever? I cannot get any reply to validation requests to them or the two agencies that have had it so far. Does this make a difference as far as legal action goes?
