Hi there ~ I'm new and I was directed here for my questions.... In a nutshell, here are my issues. Due to a messy divorce, we had to file Ch7...... my reports show my bk was filed 3/96 - so does this mean it will come off my reports 3/03?? Experian: also I have a couple of accounts showing as "Account Included in Bankruptcy" with date of last activity 5/95 and 4/95...... and Date Reported as 11/01 when will these come off? which dates do I go by and shouldn't they be coming off with the bankruptcy itself?? Civil Judgement that was entered 2/96 - dischared with bankruptcy 3/96 and paid 10/96.... Is this governed by the same 7 year rules? Many thanks in advance! Gar
