I am OTL on three CC's. I called them when my son was iagnosed and explained the situation. None of hem offered me an alternative. I was hit twith late fees that put me OTL, then hit with OTL fees. These are old fees from '99 and '01. Is there a standard form letter for this? Thanks! batgirl
That would be wonderful!! They seem so excessive that I was thinking about asking them to provide me with 4 years of statements to prove I owe the fees and if they can't to please adjust my account balance accordingly. Any ideas?
If the account is still open, I am sure they can account for the fees. You can beg and plead, but they really have no incentive to refund the fees unless you threaten to close the account. Then they may pull some strings to retain you. Other than that, I have no ideas.
