I need to sound like I know what I am talking about when I write this letter to chexsystems. Long story short...I sent them a validation letter, the 2 banks didnt respond, on 32 day I call chex, they say they will delete that day for them not responding. Later that day they say they called the banks to verify and will stay, I start quoting the Fair credit act speech, they delete but tell me it will go back on very soon. I went to 2 banks to open accounts within 2 days(cuz I will be blacklisted for 4 more years) first day was the 27th, the day they deleted, then the 29th at the other bank I am told I am on chex, I called today and they say I was put back on the 3rd(yesterday), But they lied, I was obviuosly back on the 29th, Do I have any way to get mean with them and demand they take me off for lying? if so how do I word it? I really need to open accounts at two banks because I heard sometimes banks run random accounts thru chex even if they are in goodstanding, and chex says I CANNOT require validation again since it was validated even though it was on 32 day. any advice??
I know they verified, she new things she would only know about the account if she talked to someone there, BUT it was past 30 days and they said they can reinssert, which they did.
Star - unless they have MAILED proof to you, they have NOT validated it. They can verify it all day long with their client, but it isn't validated until it is sent to you. Now, they have gone past the 30 days. Your next step is a letter stating they have failed to validate it within the time allowed by the FDCPA and they must delete it now. Failure do so will result in my turning this matter of my atty. for any and all recourse available to me.
LKH-They did take it off for a few days, . Then put it back on and said even though they responded after the 30 days since they finally verified, they will not accept another dispute concerning them period. they did mail the phone numbers of the banks that are involved, am I wrong and should I just give up?
