Update! Motion to Appear & Evaluation Attended the evaluation today with my BAG of documents. All three attorneys ruled in my favor! Now, I have to wait for the CA to accept or reject their decision (another 28 days). I was told I wouldn't make it thru this evaluation...but I did. I just stated my case, showed my documentation, and disputed erroneous info given by the opposing attorney (i.e, this is a different account). I'm really giving some thought to a class action suit. I just wonder how many people are in the same situation I'm in (credit card companies changing names and/or selling off different parts and misplacing payments, and you end up going to court trying to prove you've paid). I know this isn't over yet, but I just wanted to say THANKS to everyone who responded.
