I'd appreciate if someone took the time to write me a "legal" letter to the bank for this info.

I want in writing the "STEPS" they took in handling my disputes. I want the "REASON CODE" used for the charge bank. and I want the "ARBITRATION" Case Number.

I've faxed and Talked with Managers and Supervisors and they all PROMISED they will fax the info to me but "THEY DON"T". This is Illegal is it not? I want to write a LEGAL Letter and send it to the CORPORATE office.

You don't need a legal letter. Involve your state Attorney General and state banking commission. In fact, don't even mail the letters. Draft a letter and cc it to everyone that you can think of --this may help you get the response you are looking for.

I don't know if it is illegal, but it is rude and not good business practice!
