help..online dispute problem

    I submitted a disptue for a friend online over 30 days ago and I called EQ today and they said they never recieved it. Now I printed out the confirmation that the dispute was submitted and they still say there is nothing they can do about it. What kind of options do I have?

    Send it again, this time via US mail, certified with return receipt requested.

    If the dispute was done online and you printed proof of what date the dispute was initiated, just wait out 30 days, then fax EQ the confirmation page, and tell them to delete.

    They can't just say "oh we didn't get it", that's what that confirmation page is for.
