I have sent a validation letter to Wells Fargo , and also the estopel letter, they bought a account that has been sold at least 4 times, they are also validating it with the cra"s each time it was disputed , they also vaildate it under the other ca they bought it from , the company went out of busness , the green cards are signed for by the same person from WF. They dont respond at all, except once I recevied a bill from a different ca, after I sent them the validation letter I never heard from them I dont know what to do, does anyone know a good lawyer in CA. I dont know the first thing about filling a lawsuit or what to write. Please help
