    lst reported 01/2004
    recent balance 3535 as 01-2004
recent payment 50.00 ( I only made a payment in 2000 so is that considered recent?)

    1. There is no way (that I know of) to look at an Evil Experian report and find out when the DOLA is. You will have to call Experian and find out when it is scheduled to fall off your report, and count back 7 years, to see if PRA reaged the account.

    2. You will need to determine the SOL for your state, there's a good chance since it is 99 that they can't sue you and win.

    3. I would go ahead and send DV to PRA. I have a much more recent CO with DMB that was sold to a different CA, and they can't validate. So I bet PRA can't either.

I am in TX the sol for open Accounts is 4 years, however this I got this cc while living in FL. The sol there is also 4years. Based on your reply I prompted to ask the dood is supposed to be the date of the first missed payment. I never made a payments soo...how can I calculate this date? I didn't think that the sol started from the charge off date? Does it?

It starts from the first time you became delinquent AND never caught up. So, since you never made a payment, I would say that once the first payment due became delq. that would be the DOLA.
