Hi, I have a judgement against me from a credit card company. My car will be paid off this month. Can it be taken away from me by a credit card company? I live in PA.
It's possible, but they'll more likely come after things like bank accounts first. What kind of money are we talking about here?
you need to find out the laws in your state. In my state, since CC is a non-secured loan, they cannot take your car/vehicle (as one needs a vehicle to work) nor your home. Check out PA.
