I'm in the middle of 2 disputes with Equifax. I only have ten more days until the thrity days are up. HOWEVER, this morning I pulled my EQ report online and noticed that they have changed my address to some PO BOX in South Dakota!!!!! I live in Louisiana and have never, never, NEVER had a PO Box. I am worried that the results of my disputes are going to go to this erroneous PO Box, letting some thief have access to all of my account numbers. What do I do? Help, please! Thanks, Calmest_LA
Definitely call them and find out what is up. Discover had me at an address that I never lived at, when I talked to them about it they claimed they got it from the post office. Don't expect them to correct it on their own. Keep hounding them to make sure they follow through. GT
OH terrific!! Dig out a phone bill or something and fax it to them ASAP before they send all your stuff to SD.
