i sent procollect inc. a validation letter for a repossession from 1996, and yesterday i pulled up my credit report and i have AN INQUIRY FROM PROCOLLECT! those bastards pulled my credit report, is this legal. what can i do!! i hate these people, i want to make them pay!!!! wheeuu, sorry about that, any help would be greatly appreciated.thanks

Ask them which credit card you are going to get for your inquiry??? DISPUTE IT WITH THE CRA..."I didn't apply for a credit card or loan with XYZ RIP-OFF CA"
