Help receiving a Letter of Deletion from Asset Acceptance?

I have 3 phone bill errors from 2 to 4 years old and Asset Acceptance had them as a CA.

They are small, so I thought the easiest way was to call Asset Acceptance and pay them off in return for a Letter of Deletion but they refused.

Any other tips to have them removed from my credit report?

    Thanks!

    Are they actually owed?

If they are errors in, say, continuing to bill you after you had service terminated, and therefore should not even be owed, as you can see, about all you will gain by paying them is a negative paid collection on your credit reports. You would be better off putting your efforts into regulatory complaints against the OC to use against Asset.
