Help...trouble with Privacy Guard

    DH & I have been using pg for a little over a month, for the most part without trouble (except the hard inquiries). I pulled both of our reports this morning and everything was fine. When I went to pull DH's up tonight to look it over again, it said that the ss# I entered did not match what they had in the system so I tried again, very carefully I might add, and got same message. I then tried to look at his report for the past few days. Entered his ss# and report came up, only problem is the report was MINE. First, I thought it was me so I logged out and logged back in making sure to carefully enter his member ID (mine is only 1 number different) and the same thing happened. Then I logged out again and logged into mine. Every report that I attempt to look at on mine with my ss# comes up with HIS report from April 28, 2003. Closed browser window and opened new hoping that would help but now on both accounts I can only view his report from April 28.

    Is anyone else having trouble with pg right now? Any suggestions on what to do?

    I have never been able to go back and see all my reports...it appears I only get the first "old" one that I open and keeps opening that same one. For example, If I open 4/7/2003 look at it, it will say report date 4/7/2003, if I close that one and go to look at 4/13/2003 the report date will still be 4/7/2003. I thought I was doing something wrong.

    Up until yesterday evening, I was able to look at my past reports for the last 30 days. Yesterday evening is when everything for me started to go crazy. Their site shows that they are not working currently so, they obviously know that they are having trouble. Hopefully it will get fixed soon.
