I logged in... and it popped up a message "having trouble processing order" or something like that.

Now when I log in and ask for a report, it gives me the "duplicate order, check back in 24 hours" message, but in my past reports there is not a report from today!

Same thing happened on my wife's account as well!

Does this mean I don't get to look at reports today?

I may start shaking from withdrawals!

    I think I may need a 12 step program!

Step 1 - I am powerless over credit and my finances had become unmanageable...

Step 2 - Came to believe in a power greater than myself!

Step 3 - Turned my will and life over to the care of... Creditnet!

    OK... you get the picture!

I thought maybe they had fixed the glitch by now, but no, its still giving me that same "trouble processing your order" I guess you guys got a few hours ago.

Maybe it will force me to break my daily adication!!!

    peace,

I called PrivacyGuard and they reset the report for the day. Very friendly and it took about 3 minutes total!

I went back in and no problem!

I, too, subscribe to PrivacyGuard, and everytime I've had to call them for one reason or another, I have always had friendly, helpful service.
Regarding when you log in to request a new credit report,,, are you limited to the amount of times you can request a report? Seems like I read somewhere you can only request 3 times within a certain period.

    Thanks!

Go to the "Contact Us" page which isclickable on the left hand side of the "Customer Service" page and call the first 800 number on the page.

This has happened to me the past 2 days and when I call the 800 number it takes less than 5 minutes to verify my identity and then I can see the current report on the "View Previous Reports" page.

Not that big of a problem to correct but hope it corrects itself.
