Please DO NOT confuse the legal issue of "satisfaction of a judgment" or "agreed on settlement offer" with the basic premise of the privacy issue of HIPAA.

There s NO WAY that any added legal fees or interest can be considered to be part of a valid "medical collection", (unless we are talking about a finance contract for plastic surgery or orthodentures)
