As I posted early, we had a foreclosure in August 2000 from Fairbanks Capitol (that is a saga in itself see www.conti-fairbanks.com if you want to get your blood boiling! Can I force a deletion because of incorrect info and how would I go about this. Please help!
Validation and verification are two totally different things. What you asked for was a verification. Big difference. I would leave it alone. If they figure out their mistake you will live with it for more time than you would otherwise and if you rattle their cage they just might figure it out and get it right. Then you would have done yourself more harm than good. You need to be looking for better answers to your problem than that. There are many possibilities. Have you studied the foreclosure and the judgment to see if there are any errors that might give you grounds to attack on? If they failed to get the job done right you might even be able to get your house back. I'd be more worried about things that really matter.
Send me an email and I'll tell you what to do. It will cost you a few bucks but you don't pay me nothing at all and I won't try to sell you anything. What it will cost you is whatever it costs for copies and postage and that's about it.
