guys,, can some one help me. how do I contact and find this planetfeedback and Mr Cooke of Cap one,,,, yesterday morning I made a western union quick collect payment to Cap one, yesterday was my due date,,,,,, I have the receipt and the money tracking number,,,,,, I have western unioned to Cap one before,, Immed the payment showed online,,,,,,, My payment form yesterday morning has never shown till now,,,,, I emailed Cap one gace them the tracking number,,,,, they emailed me back to call them,,,,, I called them,,,,,,,,, My answer was * nope no payment,,,,, she never asked for the tracking number, when I offered it I was told " we dont investigate" if a western union payment was made we would have it,,,,,,,,,, well she says, "oh yes you will be charged over the limit, late fee, and sorry, the computer is automatic you will be reported 30 days late,,,,,,, have a nice day," WHAT CAN I DO??? thanks, l
Was it 30 days late? If your due date was yesterday, this is not a 30 day late. Do you have the routing and confirmation number?
yes, I have the western union receipt w/ the money transfer control number, I did this at 8.10am yesterday march 6, and march 6 was my due date, theres this new wonderful statue on equifax, " PAYS 1 to 30 days late" the customer service idiot tried to tell me,,,,, " oh, you must have done it after 1.30pm EST, then it will post tommorrow March 7,,,, sorry Your late,,,,,,,, I said, excuse me,,,, I did it at 8.10am EST,,,,,, well it never showed up any way, my statement online, has 30 dollars late fee, 30 dollars over the limit..... whar should I do,,,,, call western union? all they will say, is yes we see it, it was done,,,,, I dont need another late,,,, I paid 20 bucks to western union to make 100% sure they got it cause I WAS PAyING off the balance,,,,, good god,. who is this Mr. Cooke, I can see myself in an endless mail fight with these people,,,,, k
Apparently Mr. Cooke answers letters at www.planetfeedback.com. If you do a search on this board for Cooke, you'll also get a phone number for him. I've read it's best to email him first though. Luke

Mr COOKE is in the EXECUTIVE OFFICES and it is NOT a good idea to COLD CALL him...if you have done a PFB you will not be COLD CALLING HIM...(he says call me any time after you talk to him the first time on the phone or by E-MAIL)
Ok, I just signed up to PFB and sent my email,,,, now If I wait a while a day or two, how do I get in touch with Mr cooke,,,,, I mean I cant call the automated card number and ask to CSR for " Mr. cooke" thanks,,,,,, Its not even the over limit fee and late fee of 60 bucks,,,,, the final negative thing came off my report this month,,,,,,,, now Im gonna get a late mark for seven years,,,,,thanks guys,,, l
