This sight is so people powered I love it. I need help with how I can get my house out of foreclosure. I was behind two payments and was told By bank reps) I can qualify for a special program only afte my payments were three or more behind. Ok. I bit and got a notice of forclosure and no payments will be taken until the "work out packet is reveiwed" help does any one have this type experieince. Will my credi treport show forclosure. I have all money due ( about 3,000.00) but they will not except it. Should I hire those people who help with dealing with mortgagers ( it will cost 695.00)
