I have disputed several items on different CRAs as not mine. I just pulled my reports with one of the services that allow you to pull all three. 2 Bureaus are not listing ANY disputes at all. And one bureau is listing only 1 of the disputes that I submitted. I send the requests online on in the last week of May. Are they in violation Right Now? For not showing the items as in dispute?

Anyone can sue anytime. Winning the suit is another matter. Preparation and showing the judge that suing was a last resort is a big part of it.
