Could that be a state ID number?? Might check in your state for a registry of CA's if they are required to be licensed and bonded. Harley-Davidson, helping ugly people have sex since 1901.
It looks like the CRA's internal number for one of their clients. These sometimes appear in place of the name of the DF. Call the CA and ask them. They should have the DF's name and address.
