For six months I've been trying to validate with DISCOVER... to no avail. The account was sold to Berks and after my !st dispute the Berks listing was deleted from all 3 CRAs. My question is since Berks failed to verify should I dispute that this debt has not been properly verified since the owner of this account did not verify? Should I attempt to validate with Berks since I'm now getting collection notices from them? Even though this account will drop next year I need it off by Sept. Thanks for any imput. Mark
