Help help, my ding dong boyfriend let his car insurance run out and his registration is expired, we are in michigan... trying to figure out if it would be cheaper to have him sign the title over to me and add him to my policy... but i won't get a discount because he has had moving violations within the last 5 years. 2 maybe 3 traffic tickets. How do we run a motor vehicle report on his tail? Thanks! happy holiday
