Thanks for explaining the PFB letter. I now want to draft one,but thought it wise to ask the board for suggestions before going at it alone.

    Situation:

Been with Capital One for 2 yrs now. Paid $49.00 as a security deposit. Never late, but have gone of the once this past 6months. Can't help going over as the limit is only $300.00. Called for an increase in December and was told I coulnt not get one because I had gone over the limit. I pay the card at least twice each month on line. My payments are consistently over $200.00.

Any suggestions as to how I should approach my letter?

    Thanks

Tell them what you just told us. Throw in a little filler and BAM!!! Letter is done.

No, really...what you have there is fine. Just explain a little more. Then send it off and wait. They'll call.
