I need everyones help. I'm having a hard time getting my paid accounts to show as paid on my equifax credit report. I have proof that they were paid with a copy of the cashed checks. But equifax stated that they do not take proof from consumers and I need to contact FTC. Can anyone tell me if this is true? and if so, what do I need to do? Thank you very much.
The FCRA says that they have to accept information from you. Go to google, type in "fcra" and it will get you the document. I would get a link for you but I'm having to use Juno to access the board and it takes too long to do anything. Maybe someone else will post a link.
