Once again Equifax has verified my dispute with my paid c/o with RNB. So in pure frustration I looked over my old Equifax reports going back to 6/00. I found soooo many changed histories it unbelievable. I located a dispute result from 6/2001 status updated, prior payment history has been deleted from this account. It went from no R rating, with at one point 20x90 with no last activity date, to R9 with no history and activity date of 4/00. I received reports with histories showing 4x90days, my concern is the 4/00 last activity date. The true c/o date were 12/96 and 6/97 (I have both Target and Hudson C/O). I have reports that state the status on 4/00 was R5 so how did I get to R9. I canâ??t take this any more. What do I do, photocopy every page showing the changes with intent to sue letter? Or Docâ??s nutcase letter to RNB?
