Thanks in advance guys. Today I logged on to Experian and noticed that just added Jefferson Capital Collection to my file for a Fingerhut account that was filed on bk7 12/02. So know my credit shows the original Fingerhut acc and this new collection. I know this is some kind of violation can someone please send me the link I need to read up on this.
