    I'm not sure how to dispute this as I was using Clear Credit (Junum at the time) and I'm not sure how they disputed this the first time before coming back as varified.

    Mid Minnesota FCU
    JOINT ACCOUNT 06/1997 05/1999 Installment
    PAYS 91-120 DAYS $2416 111 $0 10/2002
    Prior Paying History
    30 days past due 03 times; 60 days past due 01 times; 90 + days past due 01 times;
    PAID ACCOUNT/ZERO BALANCE
    AUTO

    Something I noticed that doesn't look right to me:

    Previous High Status: 90+ days past due 08/1999; 60+ days past due 07/1999; 30+ days past due 06/1999;

    Last Activity: 05/1999

    ACCOUNT STATUS: PAYS 91-120 DAYS

    How can all my lates be AFTER the last activity date? Do they report after PAID IN FULL???

    ---

    What would you guys recommend I do? I'm at 593 on EQ (This account isn't on my EX account).

    Thanks for any and all help you can provide...

    Was this sent to collections at any point? If not, then your date of last activity has to be when it was pd in full, obviously. I would call the creditor and explain the error and ask them to fix it.

    Never sent to collections. Thing is ALL the lates are AFTER the last activity date. And this came back as VARIFIED!?!?!?! I know me and my wife were probably late a couple times. (We were both in school at the time and income was really tight) But I don't think we were EVER 90+ days...

    Should I just do an online dispute? Keeping in mind it came back varified last time.

    I'd obviously like to have this removed being my only negative account on EQ. This being the case what's my best plan of attack? I'd like to get a car soon and a house in one year. (Time to build up positive credit) Thanks again!

    You can do a dispute as never late. Being that it is paid off, the creditor may not respond which would get the lates removed.

    It was disputed by Clear Credit - do you think they did the "Not Mine" dispute? If so I'll give what you suggest a try. Thanks for the help.

    If anyone else has any other suggestions that might be helpfull I appriciate it. :)
