Can someone tell me how I would go about writing a letter to the court objecting to a judgement and wage garnishment. I want to first object to the judgement on the grounds that there is no signed contract in the file and second they are trying to garnish my wages. Per the court clerk, I already wrote a letter that basically says that I object to the wage garnishment. That was all she told me I needed to write, but then I got a letter back from Pressler & Pressler asking the judge to grant them the garnishment because I did not give a reason for my objection. The judgement is already in place but not showing on my CR yet. Can someone help me with this? I am totally clueless. Thanks in Advance.
