I sent a validation letter to a CA here in townwhich had many medical collections. They validated with unsigned itemized statements. I sent a follow-stating this was not proper validation. Got a letter today saying they have talked to lawyers and have not violated FDCPA and FCRA in anyway and even though there are no signatures on statements and some just have my wifes name, I am responsible because these were "out of necessity. I beleive it's time for ITS. Anybody else have any opinions?
