Can someone help me with a letter or point me to where one is. I only have one neg on my report and that is 135.00 for an attorney fee. I do not have many postives reporting on that account. All that is reporting is a mortgage 28 months I1 never late and a fingerhut 5 months pays as agreed. I should be able to handle this myself, but as you can see my spelling and grammer are terrible NOTE: I DO NOT really feel I owe the lawyer.He did not show up to the closing on my home. I have been fighting this for over 5 months.
Have you filed a complaint with the bar association? I wouldn't even threaten him with it. Just file your complaint. How did you get hooked up with this attorney? Just asking as I have legal insurance thru my job with Hyatt and this is a service that they offer. I'd complain to the BBB and anybody else that I could. Just tearing down my dream of becoming a lawyer!!
Maybe that is something that I should do. He claims that he was faxed 5 sheets of our closing documents. For 135.00 dollars I almost wonder if I should just pay for removal. Anyone have ideas for a PFB letter for reconsideration?
I wouldn't PFB him! I would write him a letter asking to negotiate payment for deletion. He want's his money and he would probably do it if you asked.
