Hello All, I was served a complaint last year by a company I'll call Collection A. I filed a response denying the debt to be mine and asked for proof the debt did belong to me. I also sent a copy of my response to Collection A. I have not heard anything back from them since last year nor have I been scheduled with a court date. This debt is not listed on any of my credit reports. What do I need to do to get rid of this complaint for good?
