Here's an portion of an email from Equifax:

"......................your credit file, the account for XXXXXXX has been verified before and reports as correct. Send us proof that will release you from this debt" - Kind of doctored up, but you get the picture.

Okay, my problem is that they obviously keep up with these disputes. I am afraid to give her the report that indicates that the item was reaged illegally. It shows many negs that have already deleted.

How can I get around this? It involved a NDSL from college. Should I have them to send me proof of date of last activity?

Please help. I need to attack this by Monday!!

Photocopy and "black out" (tape a piece of paper over) the items you don't want them to see, or scan into graphics software and just remove the items you don't want them to see.

Well looking at everything from 07/00..it was all bad. I don't want them to see that. I was thinking maybe I could give them the confirmation number or have the creditor to show DLA. I am wondering what type of form I could use? Does DLA mean the last time I touched it? Thanks for your help!
