OK. Here is the deal. I found the letter dated 1/3/02 from EQ that the [payment history for my mortgage was deleted. My newest credit report has 3 30 day lates and currently 60 days. I am NOT currently late and was only late 2 times 30 days (not really even 30 days- just late a week or two). How would I go about this? Send them a copy of the letter they sent me stating that it was deleted?

Yeah, send them a copy of that letter and ask them why they reinserted it without notifying you.

I think they have them on a violation don't they?

Ditto what breeze said. CRAs are obligated to notify consumers within 5 days of any reinsertion.
